Merry Christmas!

Hello everyone....by the time I post again, Christmas will have come and gone, so let me say to you now....I hope you have a fabulous Christmas!

This week's post will kind of be all over the place.....first, all I have worked on this week is Grace's cardigan.  I got one sleeve done and it was too small, so now I have done another sleeve (larger) and am currently working on 2nd (technically the 3rd) sleeve.....and need to join.....oh, and my sweet flower wants me giving her loving instead of knitting....LOL!

I also got 4 of the 5 christmas ornaments I need for my neighbors and my trainer.

I got new slippers from Darlene for Christmas....I love them, she spoils me!

I snagged a beautiful picture of Paige and her family off her Instagram :). I think Antonio actually looks like Paige in this picture!

At the Christmas Party last week, Tami brought these caramels....I had to buy more...they are delicious!

I also did some meal prepping that I have not done in a while.....this was really good (I impressed myself):

That is all I have.....Have a great week and a Very Merry Christmas!

So this is Fifty-One!

Hey yall.....I have made it to another birthday....this is fifty-one....and while I know that is 'young', but do I feel old some days....but I digress.

I had a fabulous birthday hanging out with Antonio....I was supposed to go bowling with Paige, Kody and Antonio....but Paige went out with the girls the night before to the rodeo and was not feeling her best...so I decided to postpone till this week...I am actually more excited that she had fun with Sam and Bizz!  Here are my girls:

This week Antonio wanted to make MORE strawberries so we got hydroponic ones....these are huge!

He also got these ridiculously hot cheese puffs!

And we finished one puzzle

I ordered another puzzle that is going to look like this....at least I hope it makes it to me.  I have ordered this puzzle once already and it was delivered to Massachusetts...go figure!

I finished Paige's socks

I also pulled out an OLD wip (a blanket for Paige) where I make 20 squares...these squares have tons of cables so it take a lot of thinking power...but maybe one day I will have it done

I also worked on my christmas yarn socks....I have never made socks with this long a cuff, but I want to use ALL this yarn and show the gradient so I am going with a super long cuff!

I got some yarn in to make those slippers Paulette made for Tone and I....

Oh, and since it was my birthday....I went to an amazing dinner last night, where I managed to not get a single picture.....my parents got me another pair of Hoka Shoes (Paige got me my first pair last year and I love them).

Erich and Devinne, Erich's girlfriend, got me some tea and the greatest notebook

And Paige is taking me bowling this week (hopefully I remember to get a picture)!  It was a fabulous birthday!  Thank you for all the amazing messages and well wishes!

That is all I have ...have a great week

Foster Doggie Picture Overload

Hey everyone!  I have to be honest......I really have not been knitting much this past week!

However,  I have been busy with the dogs.....I am pretty much enjoying my new addition, Flower...and while these pictures are of Flower.....rest assured that ALL my dogs are getting MORE than enough attention.....so this post is going to have some Flower doggie picture overload.

I do have 3 stash enhancements.

I got my February Yarn for my Quilty Monthly Pattern

Then.....I decided to do the other colorway as well....maybe just a faded garter stitch pattern

So this is January color for the other color blanket

And then here is the February Color for the other color blanket

So here is February together

My friend in Canada, Paulette, sent me and Antonio some house slippers that she made with a Phentex Yarn and they are SOOOOOO comfy.  I have ordered some of this yarn so I can try to make some of these slippers too!  Thank you Paulette!!!

Antonio and I made some Chocolate Dipped Strawberries

and we did a lot of puzzling this passt weekend.  The Spiderman is a 500 piece puzzle (which is a little more challenging) and the Iron Man is a 300 peice puzzle (which is a little easier for us).

and I did finish one cowl this past week

And now for your Flower doggie picture overload....Have a great week!

I finished Paige's sweater and she LOVES it!  She was totally surprised!

I have been sticking with my diet.......but did splurge the other day on Pumpkin Spice Latte and Banana Bread!

Jax loves to get one article of my clothing and lay with it....I thought it was so cute, I snapped a picture

He also had a friend come over!  The neighbor got a new dog and she and Jax have been busting the fence and she has been coming over.....here they are helping me with my laundry and do the sheets!

I got Antonio after his 2nd day of school......I love this kid!
