Wedding of the Century!!!

 Hey everyone!  How are you?  I am well.  I am sorry I did not post last week.  It was a crazy week.

Approx the day after my last post, I looked at the weather forecast for January 11th (date of my newphew's wedding).....and it said it was going to be COLD!  So, being the genius that I am, I decided to knit a sweater in 8 days.  After I started I knew I would run out of yarn, so the sweetest lady I found on ravelry agreed to overnight me some of the same yarn she had in her for sale or trade section....and I did it!

I ended up being a little too hot, but my mom was freezing so I gave her the sweater (I know she looks mad, but I promise she is not, I just shot the pic at the wrong time.

That is pretty much the only thing I have knit on since the last post....so now I need to jump back on darlene's sweater and the unicorn wrap I am making.

Other than that, I have been of course trying to eat healthier with some food prep

I got some super cute ziplock bags with dogs on them (quart size, now I am looking for Gallon size)

Lupe got his new Joe Montana Jersy and Paulette made him some slippers (she is the greatest friend), plus she sent me a cute Christmas ornament

I got a message from Coley that she got the package I sent her to Scotland for Christmas and the cutest girl in the world (Mia) loves her USA Sour Patch Kids (she says the scotland ones are not the same).

Now, before I give you a huge dump of wedding photos....I just want to say the cold sucks.  Here is my Flower who also thinks it is too cold...LOL!

This is 52!

 Hey everyone!  How are you?  I am great....yesterday was my 52nd birthday and Paige (and family) took me bowling and out to eat.  We had a fabulous time (even if I lost).  I did not get a picture at Olive Garden....but I picked italian and it was delicious!

I did some meal prepping this week....it wasnt terrible, but it wasnt the best either...LOL!

Jackson is doing okay, but he hates his cone....However, I caught a pic of his sleeping with is tongue stitcking out (Please excuse all the dog hair on the rug, I had not vacuumed for a couple of days but did not want to miss out on the pic), and one of him enjoying a little bit of the outside (I only let him out under supervision, because no running is allowed...yes, I know I need to mow..the chores never end).

My parents gave me some $ for my birthday and I happened to see this pic on Ravelry's home page....

This is Natalie's project....it appears she is the owner of knitting off broadway.  So I immediatley ordered the yarn with my bday $ and I am going to TRY to do this colorwork.  Wish me luck.

Other than that....I have been working on the 2nd girl blanket for Paige....her first baby shower is this coming Sunday, the 2nd of March, and then she has one on the 9th and one on the 16th.  Since she wants me to come to all of her baby showers, I want to have one blanket for each shower.  This one is finished (sans weaving in 2 ends)

Merry Christmas!

 Hello everyone....by the time I post again, Christmas will have come and gone, so let me say to you now....I hope you have a fabulous Christmas!

This week's post will kind of be all over the place.....first, all I have worked on this week is Grace's cardigan.  I got one sleeve done and it was too small, so now I have done another sleeve (larger) and am currently working on 2nd (technically the 3rd) sleeve.....and need to join.....oh, and my sweet flower wants me giving her loving instead of knitting....LOL!

I also got 4 of the 5 christmas ornaments I need for my neighbors and my trainer.

I got new slippers from Darlene for Christmas....I love them, she spoils me!

I snagged a beautiful picture of Paige and her family off her Instagram :). I think Antonio actually looks like Paige in this picture!

At the Christmas Party last week, Tami brought these caramels....I had to buy more...they are delicious!

I also did some meal prepping that I have not done in a while.....this was really good (I impressed myself):
