Goodbye 2019, Hello 2020

Hey everyone......it appears I am not closing down 2019 very well as I missed a whole weeks blog post.  I have not blogged since before Christmas.....so how was your Christmas?  Mine was great!

I got an amazing bag from Darlene (along with the advent tea, mug, plus a set of Flight of Stitch Markers plus, she is making me a sweater..she spoils me!):

We had a small Christmas party at work and a new coworker (but long time friend) made me the cutest sweater ornament

I spent Christmas with my family

and even got Jaz for a small visit

I did not take as many pictures as I should have (I was actually not feeling well), but here is a great picture of Mario with Alexxis and a picture of my sister's family

On the knitting front, I finished the hat for Paige....I had to get a new skein of yarn and you can see how different the new skein is

This is all I needed of the new skein...the pompom covers the differences

and decided to make Bizz a blanket....these colors

 I finished on Christmas day and gave to her the next day

I finished Grace's socks (FINALLY)!

and started a pair for Chris George for Christmas (Okay, so I am a bit behind)

I started a new headband for Yvette

Santa was super good to me and I got an Apple TV and a great stitch marker holder (to hold the markers Darlene got me).

Jaime and I went to Fredericksburg this past weekend....and I had some amazing German good....Jägerschnitzel, Spaetzle, red cabbage

And I saw this sign in the candy store....I thought it was cute
