OMG! I have so much to tell you all and so many pictures to share. First.....Lupe proposed and of course I said YES! I love this life we have!
First, let me back up a bit......On Saturday we had a BIG Day. We scheduled to attend a Glass Flower Making Class. It was so much fun. We are already planning our next class. Here are some pics
We made these amazing flowers! We each made a clear (practice) and Lupe had beige/white and I had pink!
Then we had dinner reservations at The Melting Pot. Neither of us had ever been. He reserved the Romance pacakge it and came with chocolate covered strawberries and roses.
It was food upon food (and I wonder why I look so large in my pics....LOL!!)!
And then he proposed! It was perfect and the ring is gorgeous....He did a great job!
On Sunday, Lupe spent most of the day putting together this table for under the new tv. We still need to rearrange the furniture, but the TV and table look great! We have matching side tables for our couch, but we have to put them together....LOL!
I spent most of the day continuing to get all my yarn in clear bins that are all the same (instead of a bunch of different shaped bins that lean and fall) and also getting my yarn room ready for a new desk and chair. We had to go all the way to Seguin to get (I saw on FB marketplace) and going home I thought we were going to lose the quilt or chair or both.....but Lupe's truck has a camera we can watch the bed of truck
Here it is (the desk was in pieces because it does not fit through a door) and we were putting it together till 10:30 pm last night....now my room still has a lot more "work" to be done so no judging.....it is a work in progress (just like my millions of wips)! Notice my vase of "flowers" on my new to me desk!
I got some more Sandnes Garn Line Yarn.....I think I have shown the blue before but the pink and grey are new
As for knitting.....the only knitting I have done is this bluey for Amira. Her birthday and birthday party are this coming Friday so I hope I can finish on time!
Well.....that is all I have. I also have pics of my 3 grands all in one place at my sister's house after my moms services. Paige took these and it took me a while to get them from her.
