The Shin Bone is connected to the Thigh Bone!

Hey everyone....do you remember that Skeleton Song Dance....or am I just aging myself:

Dem bones, dem bones, dem dancing bones.
Dem bones, dem bones, dem dancing bones.
Dem bones, dem bones, dem dancing bones.
Doin’ the skeleton dance.

The foot bone’s connected to the leg bone.
The leg bone’s connected to the knee bone.
The knee bone’s connected to the thigh bone.
Doin’ the skeleton dance.

Well, last week I told you that Jackson was limping...and he had a vet appointment the following day (Valentine's Day).....turns out he tore his CCL (the equivalent of an ACL in humans)....so his shin bone was no longer connected to any bone and vice versa.  :(

He had to have a TPLO surgery to repair it....my poor baby.  He has a 10-12 week recovery ahead of him.

Waiting at vet

I do not like my cone!

Mommy got me PJ's to give me a break from my cone:

I think this might leave a scar.....but it will be covered in hair!

Please send him so good healing vibes!

Darlene got me the most awesome bag for my birthday....yes, it is a bit early, but I love it.  It is called a Bogg Bag and you can get all sorts of accessories and stuff for it....I love it (and it is huge which is awesome)!  Thank you Darlene!

I got February's Yarn for the blanket club...I love this color!

I got some pom pom yarn I ordered on Amazon....ths is a little bit different than the all the Hershner's pom pom yarn I bought years ago....this one is actually thicker and fluffier!  Of course Paige needs a PINK pom pom blanket for her baby girl!

Elizabeth got me the cutest stitch stoppers that look like my baby, Flower!

That is all I have folks.....Have a great week!

Happy Happy Happy Knitting!
