Hey everyone. How are you? It is 10 days till Antonio's birthday and I would be lying if I said I was not panicked....but I got my rear in gear this past weekend! I finished ALL SQUARES and weaving in all the ends of all the squares
Then I wove in all the ends in black that were on the actual blanket!
Now I just have 146 squares to attach and the ends of the black yarn to weave in. If I have time, I want to do one round of black around the entire blanket.
Lupe took me to Yarnivore this past weekend. I have not been in that store for years. I got some great teal lace yarn and I am going to use it to make the Tiara shawl (instead of the pink I previously picked). The color I a little blown out, but hopefully once I start the shawl I can get a better picture.
I worked a little on the Magnolia shawl
and I got my nails and toes done
Lupe and I both had Monday off so we went to lunch at Red Lobster (he loves the endless shrimp).
That is really all I have and I imagine next week all I will have is Antonio's blanket.....we will see. Have a great week everyone!
